- Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item (in which case, we will cover return shipping). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any original shipping fees.
- Services: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unused future portions may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order or service and issue a full refund if necessary.
